Woody along with his "Wonders" channels his unique viewpoint into a quirky brand of retro-tinged pop that is at once accessible and emotionally resonant. Earworm hooks and bona fide bops are the order of the day - his motto is "all killer, no filler."
After writing and self-releasing his debut EP in the U.K., Woody packed off to N.Y.C. to hone his creative skills at media powerhouse CondΓ© Nast (home of Vogue and GQ) before finding his true voice in sunny L.A. It is a voice that deftly expresses time-honored pop tropes of love and loss, while reflecting on his own unique struggles.
With successes behind him writing for television and new media, covering hits you didn't realize you wanted covered (check out "Power of Love,"), and collecting a string of "almosts" with his solo catalog, Woody is primed to take his songs of love, failure, resilience and redemption into the spotlight, however unconventional his place there may be.
